1. Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, from requirement gathering through to delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals. 
2. Translate client requirements into detailed project plans, defining tasks, schedules, and resource allocations.

4. Facilitate AGILE ceremonies including Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, Sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

10. Generate Documentation like Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), Technical Requirements Documentation (TDR) and User Guides to aid in the delivery of the project. 

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project / Business Management, or related field preferred but not necessary. 
2. Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, with a focus on customized solutions. 
3. Good knowledge of AGILE methodology and experience running Sprints. 
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. 
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. 
6. Experience in managing project budgets, schedules, and scope. 
7. PMP certification is a plus but not required.
