HR Executive
Job Description
- Manage social and health insurance for company employees.
- Monitor and report monthly KPI results of employees.
- Administer employee contract information and renewals.
- Organise annual performance reviews.
- Oversee management of union and life board funds and review department proposals.
- Coordinate and plan company events such as annual travel, picnics, birthdays, and year-end events.
- Update and maintain departmental rules and regulations.
- Manage HR software and coordinate with the operation team to resolve system issues.
- Communicate with other departments and functional groups to estimate monthly department costs and send them to the financial accountant.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management.
Have Experience In:
- Handle social insurance matters using software.
- Coordinate and organise company events.
- Ability to read and comprehend English documents (candidates with communication skills preferred).
- Proficient in document preparation and experienced in establishing text rules.
- Possess excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong word processing, record-keeping, and documentation skills.
